Sunrise List (“we”) runs a lead list for South Florida trade contractors. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a free ZIP sample or pay for a plan, we may collect:
- Name, email, phone (if you give it), company, trade, ZIP codes, crew size, and what you spend on leads today
- Messages you send us
- Payment details handled by our payment provider (Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
- Basic site logs (pages viewed, device/browser type, IP) needed to run and secure the site
What the lead data is
Permit and parcel fields come from public records (including Miami-Dade County and City of Miami permit feeds and the county property appraiser). We join those public sources so your list can include job address, contractor when listed on the permit, and owner name + mailing address when the property appraiser publishes them.
We are not affiliated with Miami-Dade County or the City of Miami.
How we use your info
- To send the free sample and (if you pay) your morning list
- To answer support questions
- To bill your subscription
- To fix the product and prevent abuse
We do not sell your contact info to other contractors or lead brokers.
Who we share with
- Service providers that help us email, host, process payments, or store form data (for example: email delivery, Stripe, spreadsheet/CRM tools) — only what’s needed to run the service
- If the law requires it
Texts and emails
If you give a phone number, we may text you about your sample or plan. Reply STOP to end texts. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email; transactional mail (sample, receipt, plan) may still be necessary to provide the service.
How long we keep it
We keep account and delivery records as long as you have a plan or as needed for bookkeeping and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize when we no longer need them. [CHECK Pier retention]
Your choices
Email support@sunriselist.com to correct your info, cancel your plan, or ask us to delete your sample request. Canceling the paid plan: one text or email to (786) 496-4609 / support@sunriselist.com.
Children
This service is for businesses, not for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this page. We’ll change the “Last updated” date when we do.
